VDAB Social Intervention Fund
If a company cannot pay for outplacement guidance because of debts or financial difficulties, the VDAB Social Intervention Fund may, under certain conditions, appoint an outplacement agency and cover the costs.
Medical force majeure and the Return to Work Fund
Since 1 April 2024, the special outplacement arrangement for unilateral termination due to medical force majeure has been replaced by a contribution to the Return to Work Fund. Always check the current conditions for your specific situation.
